LOADXS Privacy Statement (version 16-8-2018)
Permission
In order to be able to execute the obligations of LOADXS as an intermediary in transport, LOADXS collects, uses and stores (personal) data of you such as your name, telephone number, email address and of course the details of the company where you work. We are obliged according to the law of 25-5-2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
We collect and process only the personal and company details of LOADXS clients ‘and carriers’ contact persons and expressly request your permission to process your data. LOADXS uses only those data that are relevant to the day-to-day running of LOADXS and / or the fulfillment of specific obligations / agreements.
Rights
By law you have rights that you can use against organizations that process your personal data. For example, you always have the right to access, right to change data, the right to erase data, the right to limit the processing, the right to transferability and the right of objection.

Third parties
If this is legally necessary, your personal data will be provided to various recipients. You can think of the Tax Authorities, the Personal Data Authority, Pay Processors and Insurance Officers. To whom what personal details are provided depends on the situation and the relevant legal obligation.

We take technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. We have made agreements both internally and with external parties about the confidentiality and security of your personal data. The measures taken meet at least the general requirements that are set for information security. We periodically evaluate the measures taken and adjust them if necessary.
Storage period
We process your personal data with the aim to execute and administer your request for information, transport orders or deliveries as well as possible. As long as we need your personal data for this purpose, we keep your personal data. In addition, we adhere to the statutory retention periods. If we no longer need your personal data for the purpose for which your data was collected and no statutory retention period applies, we will stop processing your personal data. We then delete the collected personal data.
